1. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

Anyone who visits, accesses, or uses any form on this website (albatrossmachine.com) ("User") is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the terms of use stated below. By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you accept the current version of these terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

This website is intended for general information purposes about engineering services, machine designs and projects offered by Albatross Machine ("Company"). The information on the site or the data submitted through contact forms does not constitute a binding sales contract or engineering service contract. Commercial relationships are established only through official contracts and proforma invoices signed between the parties.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENSES

• Company Content: All intellectual property rights of original machine designs, 3D renders, technical drawings, project visuals, texts and logos belonging to the Albatross Machine brand on the site belong to the Company. They cannot be copied without permission and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Infrastructure and Design Components: Some design templates, code libraries and visual components used in the website infrastructure may be subject to third-party licenses (e.g. Creative Commons, MIT). Copyrights for these components belong to the respective license holders (e.g. HTMLCodex) and the original license terms remain valid.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND FILE SHARING

• Data Accuracy: The user undertakes that the information submitted when filling out the "Contact", "Project Request" and "Career" forms is accurate.
• File Upload Security: The user is responsible for ensuring that the files uploaded to the site (CV, Project Details, Technical Specifications, etc.) do not contain viruses, trojans or malware. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages that files uploaded by users may cause to the system.
• Illegal Activity: Cyber attacks, DDoS, data mining (scraping) or reverse engineering attempts against the site infrastructure are prohibited and are grounds for legal action.

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal data and project files submitted by users through the site are processed in accordance with the principles stated on the Privacy Policy page and the KVKK legislation No. 6698. The Company undertakes not to share project files of a trade secret nature with third parties, but the User should be aware that 100% security of the internet environment cannot be guaranteed.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Although the Company takes utmost care regarding the accuracy of technical data (capacity, speed, dimensions, etc.) on the site, this data is for general information purposes and may not reflect final production specifications. The Company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the site, technical failures or outdated data.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company cannot be held responsible in case of suspension, interruption or data loss of the site due to natural disasters, fire, cyber attacks, infrastructure and internet provider-related interruptions, legal regulations or other force majeure events beyond the Company's control.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Turkish Law shall apply to the resolution of any disputes arising from the application of these terms of use. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively authorized to resolve disputes.
